"Orientation and Freshers Day"

Orientation and Freshers Day was celebrated Orientation and Fresher’s Day was successfully conducted on 24th December 2025 at *BLDEA’s College Of Pharmacy, Jamakhandi.* The program began with an inaugural address by Principal *Dr. B Shivakumar,* who highlighted the institution’s vision, values, and expectations. Faculty members introduced the academic structure, rules, and various student support services, helping freshers understand campus life and academic requirements, *Chief Guest Dr. H G Daddi and Presidential remarks by Prof. S H Lagali* , inspired students greatly.

Following the orientation session, Fresher’s Day celebrations were held to create a friendly and joyful atmosphere. Senior student’s organized cultural programs, including music, dance, and short performances, which helped freshers, feel relaxed and engaged. Interactive activities encouraged participation, confidence, and bonding among students. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by *Ms* . *Sakkoobayi Kumbar* , appreciating the efforts of organizers, faculty, and students. Overall, the Orientation and Fresher’s Day was a memorable and meaningful event that helped new students feel welcomed, informed, and motivated to begin their academic journey. The Annual Sports Meet, Krdotsavah–2k26

The Annual Sports Meet, Krdotsavah–2k26, was inaugurated at B.L.D.E Association’s College of Pharmacy, Jamkhandi, on Friday at 9:00 AM.

The programme was graced by Basavaraj I. Karalatti as Chief Guest and presided over by Dr. B. Shivakumar. Other dignitaries present included Dr. K. M. Shirahatti and I. S. Nyamagoud. Mr. Shekhar M. Teli delivered the welcome address, highlighting the importance of sports in student development. The Sports Oath was administered by Yuvaraj Rathod, who led participants in pledging fair play and sportsmanship.

Various indoor and outdoor events are being conducted over two days as part of the sports meet.
